1345 Chamois in Tatras

1345 – this is the number of chamois in the Polish and Slovak part of the Tatra Moountains according to the annual counting organised this year. It is slightly less than in the last year, however, the form of the counting includes some level of uncertainty. That is why, it is assumed that the number of animals is stable. This international chamois monitoring is one of the oldest in the world. It is organised in similar form since 1957.
